NOISE-CUBE
Jonathan Mangelinckx
Installation of 125 unique cubes - five by five by five.
Material: printed white paper.
Each of the cubes represents a different frequency of the spectrum of radiowave band – how they interfere and combine like instruments in an orchestra and like different movements within a musical piece.
Their interaction and correlation creates an aural perception through the visual sense.
The Noise-Cube was shown on the UNOIKI calendar 2010 exhibition at Spielraum, Berlin, November 13th to December 4th 2010.
